Good piece on the Lib Dems below. Most important bit is that you should always campaign on what the voters think is important not what you think think they should think is important.
Good point about the Lib Dems not really doing pavement politics. I've often thought the Lib Dems are a little like a franchise operation. You get the leaflet template, the images, the basic strategy and then are left to do whatever you like.
